REFUNDS - Please consider your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Your print is custom made especially for you so returns and exchanges are not offered for change of mind and, due to the fragile nature of the artworks.

In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery of artwork being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening and then the damaged artwork. Please email or use CONTACT Form within 24 hours of receiving artwork, including images, to discuss.

IMPORTANT NOTE - All prints are delicate and require handling with care! The printed surface should never be touched. They have been quality checked before being carefully packed in a protective cylinder or box for posting. Any damage incurred once removed from their packaging will not be the responsibility of Lesley Gibbons Art.

ORIGINALS - Tasmanian oak frames are available on some original paintings indicated on sales page. If you would like your original paintings framed please CONTACT me AFTER purchase to enquire/organise.

PRINTS - Framing options are not available on website for prints and arrive unframed, ready to be taken to your local framer for a beautiful custom frame (highly recommended). However, we can organise framing on CANVAS prints at an additional cost for Australian orders only – Please use CONTACT form for a quote and we will process this manually AFTER purchasing print. Paper prints must be framed behind glass for protection. Poster size (A3) and smaller square prints are designed to effortlessly fit into standard store-bought frames, making it easier for you to personalise your artwork presentation.

We offer free shipping on small original artworks (under 105cm length) which will be shipped through Australia Post with insurance and tracking number. Please note: SIGNATURE is required by Australia Post as proof of receipt.

If you are interested in purchasing an ORIGINAL larger artwork (over 105cm in length), free pickup option, within close proximity to the Brisbane CBD, is available.

A professional packing company can be arranged at an additional cost.

Alternatively, painting can be removed from stretcher bars, rolled and posted securely in a sturdy tube through Australia Post to be stretched at your local framer at your expense.

ORIGINAL artworks are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase unless advised otherwise.

All deliveries take place between Monday and Friday during normal business hours.

PRINTS - All prints are lovingly made to order so please allow 2-4 weeks for production and shipping. I promise it will be worth the wait. Your print will be delivered directly from our Brisbane-based printer.

All PRINTS are custom made to order. Rolled prints will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a mailing tube.

Stretched canvas prints are lovingly bubble wrapped and boxed in high quality cardboard before being sent to you via Australia Post (under 105cm) or courier.

As soon as your original or print is on it’s way to you you will be provided with a tracking number.

If there are any issues during transit, please make CONTACT and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

They are professionally and skilfully reproduced to replicate Lesley’s original artworks using archival inks and are far superior to typical store-bought prints. Tested to last over 100 years, their visual and physical quality is outstanding. A Limited Edition Print is exactly how it sounds- limited in number to 50.
